Seems Rosenberg police were dispatched to a bank robbery at the Capitol One on First Street - again. When they arrived, the mullet was still in the parking lot. Yep, he was bagged and tagged.

Then, to add insult to injury, as the investigation progressed police determined that he was the same guy who robbed the same bank late last year.

You gotta wonder ... has he figured out yet that the Bail-out Program he’s been hearing about on TV is just for those who looted Wall Street - NOT local bank robbers.
Poor mullet, he’s still listed as a resident at the local hoosegow.
