Last Tuesday morning, about 2:38 a.m., sheriff’s deputies were called to investigate a burglary in progress in the 9500 block of Tolken Way in the Enclave subdivision off Gaines Road in northeast Fort Bend County. 

Armed with a description of the suspects and the vehicle in which they were traveling, deputies were able to make a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle in a neighborhood near Mission Bend. Sheriff’s spokesperson, Terriann Carlson said during the traffic stop deputies obtained a consent to search the suspect vehicle.  Carlson said, “During that search they (deputies) recovered stolen property which included a laptop computer, checkbook, passport and social security card.

All three occupants of the car were arrested and charged with felony theft.  They have been identified as Michael D. Montague, 20, Juan Pierre Kelly, 21, and Tyler Kyle Campbell, 17, all of Houston.  The three were taken into custody and booked into the Fort Bend County Jail.
