Tucker -Miller Engagement

Ms. Robin Hoyer Tucker of Sugar Land and Mr. Thomas T. Tucker of Livingston, TX are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Taryn Leigh, to John Patrick Miller, son of Mr. John L. Miller of Dickson, Tennessee and Mrs. Dawn McSwain of Alvin, Texas.   John recently proposed to Taryn during a surprise trip to Chicago surrounded by close friends.

Taryn graduated from Elkins High School and attended University of Houston majoring in early childhood education.  John graduated from Alvin High School and University of Houston with a degree in hospitality marketing.

Taryn and John are planning a March 2012 wedding in Houston.
