Are you a senior citizen whose children and grandchildren like to keep in touch and share pictures on Facebook? Just what IS this computer craze all about?! Fort Bend County Libraries will present a special program, “Facebook Set-up for Senior Citizens,” in August, for older adults who would like to learn more about this popular social-networking website.

The class will take place at the following libraries: Cinco Ranch Branch Library, 2620 Commercial Center Blvd, Katy – Tuesday, August 2, 10:00 am, Computer Lab; George Memorial Library, 1001 Golfview, Richmond – Thursday, August 11, 10:00 am, Computer Lab;
First Colony Branch Library, 2121 Austin Parkway, Sugar Land – Thursday, August 11, 10:00 am, Conference Room.

Those attending should have a basic working knowledge of computers and must have a personal email account before attending the class.
The class is free, but seating is limited and reservations are required. To register online at the library’s website (www.fortbend.lib.tx.us), click on “Calendar,” select the library, and find the program. Participants may also register by calling or visiting the library.
