Bill Albritton
Bill Albritton, 85, recently of Florida, but a former long time Stafford resident and local character, passed away l0/31/11 from heart disease and Alzheimers. Bill & his wife Cecilia owned the B&C Bar on So. Main St. in Stafford for many years and were well known in the Stafford community. He was a USMC WWII veteran and survivor of the Battle of Peleliu. Bill was a pipeline and dredge welder for many years in many countries.
Survived by his wife Diane, sister Verna and a daughter. He is fondly remembered by his eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and a large extended family. Services and burial will be in Georgia in the family cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made to the Alzheimers Association, 2242 W.
