Stafford High School to host VEX robotics competition November 12

Stafford High School will host a large VEX robotics competition on Saturday November 12. Teams from throughout Texas will participate, and the public is welcome to attend with no entry fee.

Robotics is an excellent way for students to learn more about science, engineering and technology — and VEX robotics is the fastest-growing robotics program for middle and high school students. The event is active and interesting — come join in the fun!

Competition begins at 10:00 AM, with the championship starting about 3:00 PM. Plus there will be a practice session for Houston-area FLL (FIRST LEGO League) teams that you can also observe; FLL is the largest robotics competition in the world and targets middle and elementary school students.

Stafford High School is located at 1625 Staffordshire Rd, in Stafford, with plenty of free parking.
