Roasted pig served at Prestage’s annual party
A beautifully carved roasted pig, one of the features of this year’s traditional Christmas Party hosted by Precinct 2 Fort Bend County Commissioner Grady Prestage, brought community festive-goers and food aficionados during their lunch hour for dishes that included seafood etouffe over rice, gumbo, and other Southern favorites served at the Stafford Community Center on 5th Street. The annual event organized by Commissioner Prestage is a family-style, community get together in celebration of the holiday season. (l-r) With the roasted pig carver are Brenda Patton, Commissioner Prestage and Stafford City Councilmember Felecia Evans-Smith.
