SMS children helping children

Santa’s Exchange is one of Sugar Land Exchange Club’s major service projects. In conjunction with Sugar Land Rotary, Fort Bend Exchange Club and Project S.M.I.L.E. this program provides Christmas gifts for thousands of needy children in Fort Bend County. Last year, they served over 3000 children in the area. This year, Sartartia Middle School alone brought in over 900 toys for this program. To congratulate the 8th graders for bringing in over 620 of these toys, the math teachers, administrators and Coach Mac did their own rendition of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer during lunch.  Shown are SMS PALS and the donation.
