I have just visited their Rosenberg office as part of my son’s protest against the $13,500 uptick on his Highlands starter home. The major cause of this is that home owners with swimming pools now have them valued at an estimated fair market value had instead of the previous $7,500 flat rate.
My son’s pool is valued at $62 sq.ft. Are your readers aware of this seismic change?
