Dual language program at Travis Elementary is May 8

Lamar CISD’s Accelerated Language Programs is holding an informational meeting for parents of incoming Kindergarten students who may be eligible for the Two-Way Dual language program offered at Travis Elementary. The meeting is scheduled for May 8, from 6-6:45 p.m. at Travis Elementary.

The program integrates native English-speakers with native Spanish-speakers and provides instruction through both languages to both groups of students.
