Fort Bend ISD Board of Trustees candidate forum to be held May 3

The Fort Bend Grass Roots Organization of Women, G.R.O.W., will be holding a FBISD Board of Trustees Candidate Forum on Thursday, May 3rd, for those seeking a position on the board. The forum will be held at the Sienna Branch Library located at 8411 Sienna Springs Road. The program will begin with a meet and greet at 6:30 p.m. followed by introductions and presentations by each candidate. Questions and answers will be entertained from the audience under the direction of the G.R.O.W. Leadership Team. All Fort Bend citizens are encouraged to attend.

The Fort Bend Grass Roots Organization of Women, G.R.O.W., organized in 2011, is a not-for-profit, non-partisan, non-sectarian organization and is dedicated to the on-going growth and development of women and communities in Fort Bend County. Its purpose is to ignite women’s passion, interest and participation in improving their social, economic and political* (* Political refers to a process by which groups of people make collective decisions) well-being and the well-being of their communities in Fort Bend County.
