Mustang trio recognized for athletic and academic prowess

Three Lamar Consolidated High School students were honored by the Touchdown Club of Houston at the annual Spring Sports Scholar-Athlete Dinner.

Soccer player Richard Czaikowski, swimmer Jordan Hunter and volleyball player Laura Smith were each chosen as finalists in their respective sports.

Students were chosen for the honor based on athletic achievements, academic prowess and involvement in service activities in and outside of school.
