Misunderstanding

Last week the Sugar Land Police SWAT Team responded to a “situation” in the Grants Lake neighborhood. After it was all over, well, it was referred to as a misunderstanding?

Really?

And you thought a misunderstanding was when your son drank from the carton in the fridge, yeah, well…this incident was that kind of misunderstanding – on steroids!

See, the story (loosely using the term) goes like this – A domestic assault was reported at a residence in Grants Lake. According to the reportee, her mother was assaulted by her brother, who shares a residence with his mother, and she, a daughter, was seeking help for her mother. Police responded.

Police banged on the door, no one would answer… after hours of no response, hand ringing, and tense discussions, police were fix’n to bust in when momma comes to the door – completely surprised they were all outside. Umm hum.

Anyone remember a song about oceanfront property in a dry, dusty state? Anyway, junior who had escaped BEFORE police arrived is now wanted…

Misunderstanding? Really?
