Trio of burglars busted
By LeaAnne Klentzman
Two far southwest burglaries have been cleared with the arrest of three Fort Bend locals.
The first burglary to be linked to this trio occurred in late May. On May 31, 2012 deputies were called to investigate a burglary at a home in the 15700 block of Marek Lane near Guy, Texas. In this case the homeowners told authorities that a laptop computer, a video game system, and jewelry had been stolen.
A few days later on June 13, deputies again investigated a residential burglary. In this case, in the 3300 block of Schroeder Avenue in Needville, clothing and a cell phone were stolen. No further information was available on how or why this trio was charged with burglary.
However, Haenel said Moreray Nash, 21, of Fresno, Alinna Curry, 20, and Tyjay Johnson, 17, both of Needville have all been charged with the one count of burglary in these two cases.
Haenel said Nash has a bond of $25,000, while Curry and Johnson each have $10,000 bonds. Each faces one count of Burglary of a Habitation.
According to Haenel, all three remained in the Fort Bend County Jail at press time.
