Learn about home schooling program on August 25 

The Missouri City Branch Library will present a program on “Homeschooling A to Z” on Saturday, August 25, 12:00 noon to 4:30 pm, Meeting Room of the library, at 1530 Texas Parkway.

The program will be presented by Dr. Bruce Shortt, Ph.D., Mary Camille Pohlman, Jasmine Baucham, and Holly Wallis. Dr. Shortt will address four basic questions – what is homeschooling, does it work, who can homeschool, and how is it done? Mary Camille Pohlman will provide insight on how to get started and on the day-to-day challenges that may be encountered. Jasmine Baucham will elaborate on what it is like to be homeschooled.
