Reader give thanks to state representative
Dear Editor,
In an election year when we see so little praise for the positive work of our elected officials, I feel compelled to take time to recognize Representative John Zerwas (R).
As a constituent, I greatly appreciate his efforts at the Legislature to improve the lives of Texans living with multiple sclerosis (MS). MS is a chronic and often debilitating disease of the central nervous system that can have profound effects on all aspects of a person’s life.
Last session, as in sessions past, Rep. Zerwas exhibited leadership and commitment to the more than 450 people in his district who are living with this disease.
In a year when funding for all issues was scarce, Rep. Zerwas prioritized those constituents who needed his support. I am grateful for his hard work and his service to the state of Texas.
