Billy Stritch to open First United Methodist Church new concert series

The Friends of the Arts committee , First United Methodist Church Missouri City opens its new concert series with the amazing talent of Billy Stritch.

Billy is one of the premier singer-pianists on the New York and international jazz and cabaret scene. He has arranged for many top performers and is a frequent collaborator with Liza Minelli and recently arranged and supervised the music for her Tony-winning Broadway show Liza’s at the Palace.

Friends of the Arts Committee offers concerts free to the public to expand the in-reach and out-reach ministry of First United Methodist. The concert will be held in the church sanctuary on Sunday, September 9, beginning at 4 p.m., 3900 Lexington Blvd., Missouri City.
