Blake Pellegrino wins the gold!

Blake Pellegrino swam his heart out this summer as a member of the Sugar Creek Gators Swim Team. At six years of age, Blake has been on the Gators since he was three.

Earning the Most Valuable award for his team, Blake won gold medals for his individual freestyle and free relay races at the Finals Swim Meet. Blake also swam in the backstroke at Finals with the older age group, 7 & 8 boys.

Recently, Blake competed in the SWHRSL All-Stars Swim Meet. With 30 teams competing in this exciting swim meet, Blake won the silver medal (second place) in individual freestyle and fourth place in his free relay for the 6 and under boys.
