On two separate occasions suspects have gone into the Target store loaded up in the electronics department and walked out the front door.  Haenel said the first incident occurred about 5 p.m. on Friday, July 27, and again on Sunday, July 29, 2012.  In both cases the suspect loaded up a basket with DVD’s and left the store without paying for the merchandise.  In the second case he took even more DVD’s that the first time.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5’11”, and weighs about 165 pounds. He appears to be in his late teens or 20s.

All calls to Crime Stoppers are anonymous.
