ELDORADO BRIDGE: Bridge CLOSED Friday, September 14th. Golf carts and pedestrians will have access until demolition actually starts. Access facility and parking lot via La Quinta.

UPDATE ON “NEW” CITY TENNIS/FITNESS CENTER IN QV: From July 14th to August 31st sold 640 “new” memberships. There are 330 “annual” memberships from FM 2234 facility. They were given 6 month grace period to use “new” facility.
TENNIS LESSONS? Lessons for those in wheel chairs. (281-403-8637)
TENNIS COURTS? Old courts resurfaced. They are asphalt courts, not concrete. Some minor low spots on courts.
TENNIS COURT INSPECTIONS: Representatives from Houston and United States Tennis Associations did inspections and said courts were in “very good” condition.
EL DORADO ENTRANCE: Fund HOA, in conjunction with CITY, working on a beautification project close to the main entrances where there are utility boxes.
QV MONUMENT SIGN, CARTWRIGHT @ MURPHY: Lights being changed to LED lights.
QV FUND HOA “New” BUILDING: Location: Glenn Lakes @ Ridgeview. QVFUND@aol.com. 281-499-8371. Electronic message board will replace current sign.
