Fort Bend ISD is helping to create a healthy community by joining in the “Healthy at H-E-B Community Challenge” and the IT’S TIME TEXAS movement. At its Regular Board Meeting on Monday, September 24, the FBISD Board of Trustees joined Acting Superintendent Mike McKie in endorsing the District’s participation in the challenge.
The Board and Mr. McKie are committed to the health of our community and pledge to make it a model for others to follow.
The challenge runs through October 31, and allows communities across Texas to compete against each other to see which “has what it takes” to create the healthiest activity.
