Benches and Barstools displayed by Fort Bend Women’s Council of Realtors

Shown are some of the benches & bar stools up for auction to benefit Fort Bend WCR and The Fort Bend Women’s Center.

“On Saturday, October 8, at Sugar Land Town Square, members of the Fort Bend Women’s Council of Realtors displayed all of the Benches and Barstools that will be auctioned later this week. Members assembled the benches earlier in the year.

Barstools were purchased and all items were given to local artists to transform. The artwork may be viewed on Facebook.  The page is “2012 Benches & Barstools”.   Interested purchasers may place bids online.

The auction will benefit the chapter and The Fort Bend Women’s Center.  Bidding will be accepted until midnight, Wednesday, October 12.  There are five items that will be auctioned live following the chapter’s Business Resource Meeting at Sweetwater Country Club, on Thursday, Oct.11.  Phone and proxy bids will be accepted.
