DEMOLITION CONTRACT AWARDED: For former QV clubhouse and Pro Shop. Work expected to be completed within 15 business days after “notice to proceed” is given.
PROFESSIONAL BUILDING. A meeting was held with a “mower” to “set a date” for cutting the grass. I do not have the “date”.

MCity SECOND HOTEL: Hampton Inn is being constructed near Colonial Lakes Drive.
ROAD CLOSURE: Thompson Ferry road closed from Knights Court to Oilfield Road for about four weeks. Detour signs for alternate routes. Purpose: Thompson Ferry will intersect with Oilfield at Paradise River Drive.
FM 2234 CONSTRUCTION: Project? Raised medians installed from Cartwright to Third Street. Joint Venture: Missouri City & TXDOT. Purpose? Improve safety.
ALTERNATE TRAFFIC LANE CLOSURES. During construction, traffic lanes will be closed (one at a time) in both directions at various times.
ELECTRONIC MESSAGE BOARDS: Will display updated information during construction.
ROADWORK TIME FRAME? Completed in about four and a half months.
PATIO HOME CONSTRUCTION: Hampton @ FM 1092. Builder: www.mstreethomeshouston.com gated community. More Details next week.
