“Booked on Crime” mystery book club launched at Sienna Branch Library
Area book lovers will have the opportunity to meet with other readers who share the same love for a good mystery, from hard-boiled detective novels to true-crime stories. Sienna Branch Library, 8411 Sienna Springs, Missouri City, is starting a monthly book club for readers who enjoy discussing motives, crimes, and criminals with other mystery lovers.
The book club will meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month. The first meeting of the Booked on Crime Mystery Book Club will take place on Tuesday, October 23, beginning at 7:00 pm, in the library’s Large Conference Room. The book to be discussed is Rough Weather, a novel written by Robert B. Parker.
The book club is free and open to the public. Area residents are invited to join in this inaugural meeting of the Booked on Crime Mystery Book Club and help to launch the new club to a great start!
