Mr Miller's effort to recruit were always trying to fill any vacancy and encouraged the whole EC to encourage friends to apply. It was the vacancy committes job to vent and recommend to greater body. Clearly Mr. Fleming would never have received any support to be a Pct Chair nor a candidate for Commissioner if any of us knew about his voting history. To insinuate some kind back room winking is just a lie. Secondly, you and Bev are the only one who might be "speculating" about Republicans voting for Ms Nguyen. Let’s get some facts straight.
