BETWEEN “City CENTRE” BACK WALL & 18TH GREENS? The current scoreboard and the little patio in front of scoreboard remain “in place”. However, a “new” scoreboard is being donated by one of the men’s groups. In this area there will be a Green Belt.

GOLF CART BARN? The former QV Club House has been torn down, along with the slab, and removed. In this area a “new” Cart Barn will be built. It’s location will be far to the north side, as to not block the view of the golf course from inside the CENTRE. (The “old” Cart Barn will be torn down and, at this point in time, nothing is planned for that corner.)

GOLF CART PARKING? There will be a paved strip outside covered patio and 37th hole. This will allow players to park their carts and enter the CENTRE between the 37th Hole and the Bluebonnet Grille.

GOLF CART “STAGING” AREA? This “paved” area will be adjacent to the “new” Cart Barn Building, extending to the Centre. The view from inside the Blue Bonnet Grille will allow all to see both 18th greens, and the Scoreboard Patio.

COVERED PATIO? There will be brick columns and a brick wall which will host an “outdoor” television and an area to post tournament scores.

REMAINING VIEWS? 37th Hole has changed significantly and the upstairs rooms will give you an INCREDIBLE look at the golf course.

(All of the above information is courtesy of Mayor Allen Owen and General Manager, Tyson Stittleburg.)
