Shirley Jo Hester Watts, 75, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012, in Sugar Land.

Shirley was born May 22, 1937 in Ricardo, Texas to parents James and Irma Pakebusch Hester.  She grew up in Alice, Texas graduating from Alice High School in 1955.

Shirley married Colice Ervin Watts on August 27, 1955.  They made their home in Corpus Christi, Dallas and Bellaire before moving to Sugar Land in 1972.

Shirley is survived by her SON:  Colice Watts and his wife, Susan, of Fulshear; DAUGHTER:  Cynthia Watts of Sugar Land; GRANDCHILDREN:  Chris Watts and his wife Chelsea of Pecan Grove, Laura Watts Bowser and her husband, James, of Laredo, Brandt Jacobus, Matthew Jacobus and Kristin Jacobus, all of Sugar Land; and GREAT GRANDCHILDREN:  Jaden, Arianna, Aleigh, Zoey, Cyrus and Faith.  She is also survived by her SISTER:  Rose Pfeiler and her husband, Johnny.  Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ervin and her grandson, Steven Jacobus.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, November 8, 2012, at the Fulshear Cemetery with Pastor Phil Lineberger officiating.
