Clements NJROTC Cadets receive accolades from Assistant Secretary Of The Navy

Cadets from William P. Clements High School had the distinction to be invited to a recent event honoring Assistant  Secretary Of The Navy Juan Garcia and Fort Bend State Representative District 27 Ron Reynolds.   Assistant Garcia was in the Houston area for Houston Navy Week, honoring U. S. Navy and Marine Corps.  He praised the vigilant Sailors and Marines stationed throughout the world, and showed video clips highlighting the daily operations of these courageous men and women in uniform.

ASN Garcia also gave accolades to the cadets in the JROTC program, noting they are America’s future leaders.

The event was held October 23, and was sponsored by the Asian Chamber of Commerce, Bilateral U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce, Pakistan Chamber of Commerce, South Asian Chamber of Commerce, and Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce.
