“John Lennon and Me” coming soon to Fort Bend Theatre

Award-winning Fort Bend Theatre’s Action Reaction Troupe will be performing John Lennon and Me November 17 and 18. There will be two shows each day at 3:00pm and 7:00pm.

John Lennon and Me is the story of Stella, aka Star, a spunky teenager who is a die-hard John Lennon fan.

She has cystic fibrosis, and spends much of her time in Heart House, a hospital for chronically ill children. She gets a roommate named Courtney, a pretty cheerleader who doesn’t seem to be very sick. Star doesn’t think they have much in common, but eventually they come to understand each other, and ultimately, themselves.

John Lennon and Me is a national award winning play that celebrates love, friendship, humor and imagination. Tickets are $9 and are available on the FBT website www.fortbendtheatre.com.
