		<description>So..... Dog park looks great, too bad we can&#039;t use it.  Nearly  $400,000.00 approved of tax payer money approved for the project, and they can&#039;t seem to finish the job.  Here it is the end of January 2013 and the park is still blocked off from public use, even though the park appears to be complete. What gives?</description>
