Pink Out Day held at Southminster School

Pictured are all the students and teachers of Southminster School.

On October 24 Southminster School hosted Pink Out Day. Children were asked to wear Pink and donate $5 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation as part of our Be a Hero theme. Our little school of under 300 students raised $1085. Ms. Kay Zeck is our beloved staff member of 18 years is a breast cancer survivor. They donated this money in honor of Kay.
