Calling all holiday heroes
Hope for Three, a local non-profit dedicated to raising awareness and providing support to families living with Autism, is calling for holiday heroes to provide help and create hope. During this giving season, the organization asks that you contribute to its Second Annual fundraising effort, The Many Faces of Autism 2013 Calendar.
The calendar, which is an exclusive compilation of unique and differently-abled children, gives the community a snapshot of what Autism can look like, all while generating funds to assist families and connect them to the care and support they deserve, but many times cannot afford. You can purchase or gift a calendar for $10.00 by visiting www.hopeforthree.org/shop43/#calendar.
The Many Faces of Autism 2013 Calendar Cover winner is eight year old Jason Frye, son of Tonya and John Frye and little brother to Bekah, Jesse, Ema and Katie. Jason, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of two, was among dozens of contestants who entered the calendar contest.
