Each year, Fort Bend ISD students and staff pay tribute to our U.S. veterans for their dedicated and loyal service to our country. Schools host breakfasts, luncheons, parades and presentations honoring the lives and service of all the great men and women who have served in the U.S. military or are currently serving.

Sienna Crossing Elementary School was among FBISD campuses to celebrate Veterans’ Day. Some of their activities included patriotic songs performed by the third-grade choir, a parade of poster tributes and a special luncheon for families and their veteran relatives.

First Colony Middle School also joined in the celebration by hosting a Veterans Day Celebration and Breakfast, folowed by a student assembly that welcomed former U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Trevor Nehls as guest speaker.
