George Memorial Library hosts Saturday movie matinee
Fort Bend County Libraries will feature a free Saturday Movie Matinee at George Memorial Library, 1001 Golfview in Richmond, on December 8, beginning at 2:00 pm, in the Meeting Room of the library.
Movie-goers will be treated to an animated family film starring Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and the whole Jim Henson crew. Academy-Award winner Michael Caine stars as the stingy miser Ebenezer Scrooge, who is about to get his holiday goose cooked in fun fashion by the famous puppet troupe characters in this fun-filled, musical event, based on a classic Charles Dickens tale.
This movie is rated G.
