Intro computer classes offered at Missouri City Branch Library
Adult Services staff at Missouri City Branch Library, 1530 Texas Parkway, will present a variety of free, introductory computer classes this month. The classes will consist of a hands-on introduction to basic skills for people who would like to learn more about using these tools.
The “Computers 101” class will take place on Tuesday, January 8, beginning at
7:00 pm, in the Conference Room. The class will be repeated on Wednesday, January 9, beginning at 10:00 am. This class presents a basic introduction to using computers.
The “Hands-On Internet” class will take place on Tuesday, January 15, beginning at 7:00 pm, in the Conference Room. The class will be repeated on Wednesday,
January 16, beginning at 10:00 am.
The “MS Word Survival Basics” class will take place on Tuesday, January 22, beginning at 7:00 pm, in the Conference Room. The class will be repeated on Wednesday, January 23, beginning at 10:00 am.
The “MS Excel Survival Basics” class will take place on Tuesday, January 29, beginning at 7:00 pm, in the Conference Room. The class will be repeated on Wednesday, January 30, beginning at 10:00 am.
The classes are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, however, and reservations are required.
