Gabriel Janer accepted into Notre Dame’s Fighting Irish Band

Gabriel M. Janer, 18, and resident of Sugar Land, who attended St. Laurence Catholic School until the 8th grade and graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in 2012, was accepted into The Band of the Fighting Irish this fall.
Gabriel will be playing the alto saxophone at the BCS National Championship game in Sun Life Stadium in Miami, FL on January 7, when the #1 Irish face the #2 University of Alabama Crimson Tide.
Gabriel is majoring in Chemical Engineering at The University of Notre Dame.
