Online bill pay for City of Richmond Utilities up and running

City of Richmond utility customers may now view and pay their utility account online.  Customers may go to the City of Richmond website at www.ci.richmond.tx.us and set up a user name and password which will enable them to access their account.

Once an online account has been established customers will be able to view their water consumption history, payment history, and will be able to pay their bill online using a credit card.  “This system was set up at the request and for the convenience of our citizens” said City Manager Terri Vela.

Walk-in payments and Direct Draft Automatic Payment, which allows the City of Richmond to directly draft the customer’s bank account for the total amount due on the due date, will still be available as payment options for our customers.

“Our goal”, continued Vela, “is to make doing business with the City of Richmond as easy as possible.”
