LATE ON HOA MAINTENANCE FEES? Most HOAs have residents pay in “advance”. There could be what is called a “user rate” charge if you are late paying. Typically you should have received a statement from your HOA in the last quarter of 2012. If you did not receive a statement, contact your HOA immediately.
QUAIL VALLEY PROUD (Neighborhood Association) is holding their Annual Meeting on January 23rd (Wednesday) at 7:30 pm at City Centre at Quail Valley in Bluebonnet Grille. There will be an Election of 2013 Officers. For your information: Those nominated are Dan Porter for President, Howard Dunlap for Vice President, Hillary Hunter for Secretary and Shelley Lendermon for Treasurer.
BECOME A DOCENT IN 2013. Fort Bend County Museum in Richmond is seeking docents to lead tours of the Moore Home and the Long-Smith Cottage. For additional information Email llucas@fortbendmuseum.org.
STILL NOT OPEN! Kitty Hollow Dog Park just needs installation of water pipes and it will be ready for “business”. County Commissioner, Grady Prestage said he could not give me a date for the opening but it will be in January 2013. He suggested watching the local newspapers for the announcement. Also he will personally contact me so that I can run it in the PROUD HOTLINE.
