Lakes of Brightwater Garden Club to hear history of Dew Plantation House

Everyone is invited as Lakes of Brightwater Garden Club branches out to include points of interest in the community. On January 28, Diane Ware, Special Projects Manager of the DeWalt Heritage Center, will introduce early Missouri City through the history of the Dew Plantation House.

Once located on Highway 6 South, the Fort Bend County Museum Association relocated it to Kitty Hollow Park where it was renovated and developed as an historic space for community activities and an interactive museum.

The Garden Club meets at 6:30 pm in the Brightwater Clubhouse located at 2410 Brightwater Drive, in Missouri City.
