Willowridge High School to host parent meetings regarding new principal profile

Fort Bend ISD is conducting a search for the best school principal to lead Willowridge High School (WHS). In order to incorporate feedback from the staff, parents, and the Willowridge community, the District will be hosting meetings at WHS.

Staff members will meet after school on February 12.  In an effort to provide a convenient time for parents and community members to provide their feedback, district administrators will host two separate parent and community meetings on February 12.  The first will be from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm, and the second meeting is from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

The District values feedback in this important process. This feedback will help the District develop the profile of an ideal candidate. Parents and community members are encouraged to attend the community meeting that is most convenient for their schedules.

All meetings will be held in the WHS commons, 16301 Chimney Rock, Houston.

The District will also make a digital survey available to all WHS staff, parents, and students in an effort to collect as much information as possible from a broad community of stakeholders.

Linda Graessle has been hired as the substitute principal for WHS.  Ms. Graessle is a veteran principal with many years of experience in Alief ISD, as well as FBISD.
