Celebrating 100 Issues with “Fort Bend Focus”
Observing Fort Bend Focus’ 100th issue celebration on Wednesday, Feb. 6th, at the Sugar Land Museum of Natural Sciences, Publishers Lisa and Michael Fredrickson shared the origins of the award winning magazine with their guests. In keeping with the celebration, those attending were considered among the 100 most fascinating in Fort Bend, said organizers. “It took eght and a half years to put out those 100 issues and all of that hard work has paid off.,” said Michael, whose wife, Lisa also recalls having started out with four employees and now having a staff of 21 at the absolutely! focus magazine operation.
