What’s on your wish list for retirement?

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension service will host a retirement seminar to help you plan what you will do when you retire.  You are or soon will be in the category of people with “fixed incomes”!  Your finances are set, so how will you manage what you have with an economy that is up and down and oftentimes quite questionable?

How will you maintain a healthy lifestyle when you don’t have to get up or be somewhere at a certain time?  What will you do with your time when you aren’t accountable to someone else for your time?

All of these questions and more can be answered at  “What’s on Your Wish List for Retirement” that will be held on Saturday, March 2 from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the Fort Bend County Extension office, 1402 Band Road, Rosenberg. Dr. Nancy Granovsky from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension will discuss managing finances after retirement.

Dianne Gertson, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent with Fort Bend County will discuss taking care of yourself after retirement.  A panel of retirees will discuss managing time after retirement.

Pre-registration is requested by February 26.  There is a $10 fee for this program.  Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. for light refreshments.
