Last week wanted … this week incarcerated!

Last week in a special crime alert the sheriff’s office sought the public’s help in locating 23 year old Dominique Jamal Vorrice. Since their Special Crime Alert, Vorrice has been captured and is in the Fort Bend County jail with a bond of $100,000.

Vorrice was wanted for his part in a home invasion robbery that occurred in the Townewest subdivision on January 2, 2013. That night Vorrice and his accomplices terrorized a resident in the 10400 block of Overview in the east Fort Bend County neighborhood.

According to Sheriff Nehls’ spokesman Bob Haenel, “Vorrice and at least four accomplices, who were armed with handguns, broke into the home and one of the suspects pistol-whipped the resident. They demanded money, but when none was produced, they stole other property.”
