George Ranch HS Band captures 131 1st division medals

Recently the George Ranch Longhorn Band competed at the UIL Solo and Ensemble contest at Dulles High School. They walked away with an incredible 131 first division medals.

The Longhorn Band had more participants and more first division medals than any other school in the region!

The following students advanced to State Solo and Ensemble contest in Austin over Memorial Day weekend: Nathan Villasenor; Trey French; Nick Cockrell; Caryssa Burckhart; Elise Lasker; Abby Platt; Tristan Cortes; Arturo Compean; David Kivinta; Katherine Haley; and Celene Gandinco.
