Sugar Land’s water tower now complete

The innovative water tower at US 59 and University has been painted and raised. Last week, the welded steel bulb was hoisted 18 inches at a time to the top of the base where it was locked and welded into place. The tower is equipped to hold 2 million gallons of water and is the first of its kind for the City of Sugar Land.
