Boa feathers around Vaughn Pederson! It’s what the Women’s Council of Realtors – Fort Bend Chapter does to “mark” those having birthdays during their meetings. At last week’s Sweetwater Country Club business luncheon on realty market appraisals, there were plenty of boas in red, white and black on the necks of those with birthdays this month. Among the many women stylin’ the boas, Pederson rather stood out!  Happy Birthday!
