April book club selections announced for Sugar Land Branch Library

Share your love of reading with other book lovers at one of the book clubs that meet monthly at Fort Bend County Libraries’ Sugar Land Branch Library, 550 Eldridge. New members are always welcome.

Members of the Sugar Land Book Break meet on the second Thursday of the month, beginning at 1:00 pm, in the Conference Room. The book club discussion on Thursday, April 11, will be on Cemetery Road, a novel written by Gar Anthony Haywood. Those attending are invited to bring a lunch, if desired.

For an evening alternative, the Sugar Land Book Club meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month, beginning at 7:00 pm, in the Conference Room. The discussion on Tuesday, April 23, will be on State of Wonder, a novel written by Ann Patchett.

The book clubs are free and open to the public. For more information, call the branch library at 281-238-2140 or the library’s Public Information Office at 281-341-2677.
