Get tips on creating custom memory books

To participate in Personal-History Month in May, learn how to create a customized memory book to commemorate special events at a workshop at Fort Bend County Libraries’ George Memorial Library on Tuesday, May 14, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, in the Meeting Room of the library, located at 1001 Golfview in Richmond.

Get tips on how to make your personal memory book, which can be used to preserve stories for later generations, commemorate a loved one or special occasion, or breathe new life into genealogy research. Gather and share ideas with others who are also interested in scrapbooking.

The program is free and open to the public. For more information, call the library’s Public Information Office at 281-341-2677.
