QV Garden of the Month winner named

Quail Valley’s Garden of the Month. Roger and Lynn Hinshaw started five years ago adding zing to a tired design and achieved award winning results!

Welcoming with flowers and the big smiles of Roger and Lynn Hinshaw  is the June Quail Valley Garden of the Month winner. Adding zing to a symmetrical garden is a complex orchestration of blooming succulents, Pentas, Vinca, Lamb’s Ear, Foxtail Fern, and Mexican Petunias. The front entry is surrounded with hanging baskets and multi-level pots of Autumn Sage, geraniums, and begonias. The garden is further embellished with Purple Fountain Grass, Loropetalum, Alabama Sunset Coleus, as well as two stately Oleanders.   All color and textures add that special touch of welcome, you’ll want to drive by 3411 Robinson Road to fully appreciate. The Hinshaws received a plant from Flowers by Adela and a Certificate of Appreciation from the Quail Valley Garden Club. The Quail Valley Garden Club is a service organization for those interested in gardening. Visit our website to learn more. http://traction.typepad.com/QVGC
