Sugar Land Town Square happy to welcome Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop

Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) announced today that Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop will soon move to Sugar Land Town Square. The popular sandwich shop, which will serve a wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches, will open its first Greater Houston location in July 2013.

Founded in Delaware, Capriotti’s has served high-quality sandwiches for 36 years. In addition to using fresh ingredients prepared daily, the Sugar Land sandwich shop will roast turkeys overnight in-store. Named on numerous “Best of” lists, Capriotti’s sandwiches have won awards for quality and taste for more than twenty years.

“My wife and I grew up with the Capriotti family in Wilmington, Del., and we are excited to bring their mid-Atlantic concept of subs and cheesesteaks to Sugar Land Town Square,” said Bryan Burnett, owner of Capriotti’s Sugar Land. “We live in Sugar Land and believe the area will be a perfect fit for our restaurant.”

Capriotti’s will occupy 1,456 square feet of space and will be located at 2228 Texas Drive. Bryan Burnett represented Capriotti’s in the transaction; Charles Adams, vice president of retail for PCD, represented PCD.
